Processing

Substantial and ongoing investment in the latest equipment means that we have extensive capacity for close tolerance processing of sheet, plate, pipe, tube and bar.

Plasma

Our plasma cutting facility can process plate from 1.6mm (1/16”) up to 50mm (2”) thick. It is capable of high quality, close tolerance cutting and profiling.

Shear

The DNC controlled shears will accommodate sheet and plate up to 4m (13') wide in thicknesses up to 12mm (1/2") and produce close tolerance, high quality cut edges.

Saw

Large capacity for cutting and sawing pipe, tube and bar ensures fast turn round of material. By using the latest cutting techniques and equipment, we can guarantee clean cut, close tolerance cutting to length and size.

Water Jet

A water jet machining capability is available to produce intricate shapes at near net sizes with no heat affected zone.

Quality Assurance

Before, during and after processing, through final inspection, packing and despatch, all materials maintain full traceability and are subject to our stringent QA and inspection procedures, as approved by Lloyds
